I turned 22 on Thursday. I can’t believe how old I am getting. I now understand why my parents hated celebrating birthdays. It means you’re aging. That is why it’s important to me to take care of my health, so I can hold on to my youth as long as possible. I don’t want to use age as an excuse…

So, I made these today and I can’t wait to try them! I’m reverting back to a gluten free diet, I’m hoping these can be my alternative to traditional cupcakes.

I’m in Chicago this week and I’m kinda sad because I haven’t done as much as I anticipated.  I really like this city, it’s so different then NYC or any city I’ve been to, and the people are so friendly!  I’m hoping that I can get out tonight and shoot some pictures before I leave.  Can’t wait to visit again!

P.S.- They have awesome pop-corn too!
